  2. yes, some lovely convective cloud scapes. Lots of lovely sunshine here, Manchester Airport has reached 20°C Rostherne a smidge behind, and Keswick on the chart too.

  4. Chris.R yes, going to be an interesting watch, theres some decent levels of CAPE moving into the region tomorrow per Arome. Europe storms has some risk for the NW on Friday. See what transpires.
  5. WillinGlossop UKV still has tomorrow as the warmer day, a good few areas 20°C. Without too much cloud cover and the suns strength it could reach 21°C. Rostherne yesterday maxed at 19.1°C . As you have noticed, that cold gusty wind has dropped. UKV about 2pm tomorrow.
  6. Morning. Fantastic tangerine sky earlier as the sun rose. Bit wet on the ground, had rain last night, 9°C currently. Bulk of the day looking fine. Chance of showers for some parts later today.

  11. Morning. A double figure start today 10°C, overcast but bright enough, and the wind is still a bit blowy. Some interest for some T and L in the early hours of Thursday am, might be worth a watch.
  12. European storms have put their outlook out now, to include the early hours of Thursday morning. More parts of the UK now within a risk area. May see something a bit further North, perhaps.

  14. Dark Horse Got the heating on now for a quick warm up, just been out shopping, that wind is a bit on the chilly side. Tis great to see you back posting on the forum.
  15. European storms Lab has Wednesdays risk in its sights, moving in off the continent in the evening. Interesting one to watch.
  16. Managed a little rain here this pm, enough to wet the ground. Most of the day being dry and usable. Max of 14.3°C and a notable breeze.
  17. Milder start at almost 8°C, 7am. Overcast, some dampness, not sure of a shower during the night. Dry for now.

  20. Woke up to rain first thing. Much brighter now with the odd burst of sunshine, just nudging 9°C.
  21. Blue echoes all around here but Macc bone dry at the moment. Yes, some excitement for a bit of heat next week, one of my sister's gardens is still half under water and unworkable. Parts of the region may see 20°C on Wednesday if this chart verifies. Last decent warmth here was the 11th April when a pleasant 17.5°C was reached, wet by tea time though.
  22. Dark cloud all round Macc yesterday, got off lightly with two convective big rain drop showers which just about wet the ground, yesterday max 11.8°C. Bright first thing, has since clouded over, min of 2°C in the night.
  23. Beautiful clear start to the day, was 1°C at 6am but felt colder, couldn't see any frost. Currently still clear, but some cloud appearing in the distant NE.
