    A fresh dusting (I mean really stingy dusting!) here this morning. It looks like someone used a sieve and icing sugar!

    Today started with blizzard conditions at around 7.30am, just as I was leaving for work! Snow was coming down horizontal (if that is the right turn of phrase?), only lasted about 45 mins or so but left a covering of about 1cm. Further showers through the day, but not really amounting to much.

    Well we started with sleet showers, then pellets and this evening a couple of snow showers. There is a dusting over the fields, the wind is strong and what little snow has fallen has drifted into corners!

    Temp 6.6C Humidity 88% Pressure 1013mb Very windy and has just come over very black.

    A couple of snow showers today, just a light covering but it's not going anywhere because of the temps so looks like a winter wonderland all frosty and white.

    A dusting of snow here overnight, maybe just 1cm. It was snowing around 7.00am but has stopped now, the sky is looking full of it.

    We had a few snow flakes fluttering about earlier, the sky is getting quite dark at the moment up here in North Aberdeenshire. Maybe more to come?

    Well it is white here this morning, but I am not sure if it is snow or those snow pellets. It is still windy, but not as windy as last night and is currently snowing/pellets.

    Heavy snow showers on and off all day, the wind is really wild and it is really blowing that snow about. Just a dusting on the ground but I guess the wind is keeping it from settling too much. Oh and quite a few hail showers as well.

    My report for today, we had a snow shower around 6.00am this morning (seems to wait until I go outside!), but it turned to sleet and then to rain by about 7.30. Similar pattern to yesterday, but today we didn't have the heavy snow fall through the night.

    We had approx 2cm of snow fall over night, the roads had quite a covering on them. It was still snowing at 6.00am this morning, but had mostly stopped by 7.30am. This evening we have had a few sleety showers.

    Had a few snow showers up here today, some were quite heavy but not too much has settled. Also a few sleety showers thrown in for good measure.

    Snowing on and off all day with very strong winds. Now have a covering!

    Slight dusting here (Aberdeenshire about 40 miles north of Aberdeen) yesterday morning & this morning. However this mornings snow seemed to hit a strip, just over the field from me there was a covering on the main A98, but the little track I live on had none on it!

    Blizzard conditions here in North Aberdeenshire at the moment. Winds really strong and the snow is getting heavy.

    It hasn't stopped here in Northeast Scotland! Now about 7 to 8 inches on the road outside and still snowing!

    We have a good 4-5 inches here in Aberdeenshire. I was wondering if I was ever going to see any real snow this year! Oh it is still snowing hard!

    We have had about 1cm of snow overnight. Currently snowing on and off, with a gusty wind. Not proper fluffy snow yet though!

    We have had a couple of squally sleet showers, one about 30mins ago, here in North Aberdeenshire! It had abit of everything thrown in, sorry I am a novice at this and not sure on all the technical terms. Hopefully I will start to learn them!
