    I would have thought that it becomes less marginal as more cold becomes established over the UK and surrounding areas which are less cold. In summary more snow yes

    Definitely turning chillier then is the theme from gfs and ECM. Quite how far south the colder air gets is key to any snow for snow starved SE...

    Feeling very muggy here in ramsgate Kent atm. I for one don't mind the chill wind its the humidity I can't do

    The gfs looks cold but not desperately so the further south you go.. Inevitably rain perhaps sleet during early hours for South East regions (imby) then a renewed push of heights to our northwest reinvigorate the northerly alongside northern blocking is my take,??
