    Bloody hell just looked out the window and big fat flakes!! Was to busy looking at the radar thinking nothing was coming this way!

    Sorry to take everyone's mind off the snow potential, but bloody hell the sky is orange tonight!!

    Looks like I might me a bit to far north for the weekends fun! Might have to go snow chasing this weekend!

    Starting to get a half decent covering now! Over 7 hours of snow fall, and finally getting decent covering, 20 mins until they turn off the lamp posts!

    Steve, looking at the radar though this should clear our region in the next couple of hours? Or is it meant to drop south?

    The thing that has got me this year, is the amount of hours we have had falling snow, and not amounted to much? In previous years, a couple of hours of heavy snow, left all roads closed, and a good few cms, In jan this year, it snowed for 16 hours non stop, yet had about 5cm in total Tonight, started at 4pm heavy snow, still heavy now, yet a covering that will be more than likely gone by the morning So again we are looking at over 6 hours heavy snow, and hardly worth a mention

    Well we made 12 hours, but finally stopping!! Selfish I know, but would of loved to have seen it go through the night, kids school is still open!

    Dave, do you see that heading west at all? Or is it going to start drifting north? Keep looking at the radar thinking it is going to stop, but still coming down
