N-W extra 16 day forecast says that the temp should be 4.7C min,
At the moment it is 3.0C and falling,
This is the forth day running we have experienced 2 or 3 degress cooler temps.
I'm assuming take this has something to do with the fact that we have had no real rain for 3 weeks.
