    Can hear distant rumbles from that Leicester storm, with a very gloomy cloud impeding the skyline!

    Just a few moderate showers now, not expecting owt tomorrow or at all this year anymore. It’s been a good year for storms here though, had about ten.

    All things pointing toward a storm now, the showers round here a strengthening and things have gone very gloomy.

    Hello, Just the one spot of light rain so far. Not sure but I think I can see flashes here from the storm over the Peak District. Some very beefy clouds around and expecting a good storm later

    Currently in the firing line now. Including this mornings thunderstorm, we’ve had quite a bit of rain today.

    Hello, spent the weekend in Northumberland and there were plenty of showers, particularly heavy today. The drive on the M1 after J28 was very precarious. Surprised to hear no thunder despite following thunderstorm warnings around the country!

    Yes but the euro storm cut off the TV, so I missed the first goal. The 11th May storm was great but today’s was a bit better in my opinion

    That was the best storm of 2021 so far! Amazing lightning. Moving off to Lincoln now
