    This is how much snow the ECM has predicted will fall over the next 10 days... be nice if it came true, and more importantly be nice if what fell stuck and stayed around.

    Yea could go either way, few models showing cold further south, other not so favorable - but hoping the cold wins, looks to be staying over North East Scotland for the foreseeable so I suppose its lingering with a chance.

    I'm keeping positive.. Met now saying Heavy snow between 3-5am and 8-9am... and those streamers still look to be building.

    Just been looking at 18Z run for Tuesdays current outlook...

    Temps looking to drop from 30th -2nd Feb with a brief mild spell before switching back to cold air.. not placing any bets though , looks like could be another marginal event on 31st -1st Feb... Just hoping things change and we have a more favorable outcome which is more prolonged. Good while of I know.. but trying to keep spirits up.

    Yea... seems to be happening a lot more recently... same with down in Birmingham, they seem to be getting a lot more snow over past few years than we have up here.
