  1. Not really. Most of that on the radar evaporated before even hitting the ground. I’d say only Wales got a good covering. Else where no
  2. This winter has been such a let down. It just makes me laugh how sooo many people thought this winter was going to be historical. Just shows we had about 4 SSW? None of them made great impact apart from the east and Scotland. Such a shame I’ll prob book Finland or Iceland next winter for a few days
  3. Are any of the models showing lows diving south and cutting under?
  4. And we’re back to chasing 10 day charts! Well it certainly won’t be a winter to remember. See you all next winter signing out.
  5. I wasn’t aiming it at you, I mean in general, everyone goes crazy over them and think that what MO say must be right. Everyday there 6-30 day forecast changes. For them being such professionals they never stick to an output it’s always wishy washy, When in all honesty they have just as much of a clue than we do when model viewing!
  6. I don’t know why everyone rates the metoffice so much. They change there forecast every single day? Last week they were saying very blocked feb and March. Now it’s the complete opposite. You guys put way too much faith into these people.

  8. Icon still going for snow pushing inland on Saturday however Metoffice only have it for Devon etc hmmm!
  9. Is anyone a bit annoyed that all of that snow is heading to France if only it was a bit north! The models teased us for days but I had a gut feeling it would go south. Shame the mild is coming back next week but hey ho
  10. Easterlies with a channel low is key can deliver significant amounts to most of south. Depends where you live
