North Easterly Breeze

Had to laugh at the radar this morning, almost taking the you know what out of the south as it covers Belgium in snow.

Every winter since 2010 summed up in 1 image for anyone living in the SE.

75 miles further north and I’m building the biggest snowman Essex has ever seen , all is not lost yet

I think we’d all like to experience a dangler or 2 over the coming week.

These look serious upgrades to me, snow depth by next Friday

If this one doesn’t deliver I’m upping sticks and moving to Norway

If anything that brief milder interlude, once in, looks to bring a great snow chance and then sweep away down towards France and gives the UK almost a fresh crack of the whip with a clean slate. Not concerned about it in the slightest.

I think the reason a few toys are being thrown from the pram might be that the easterly that was modelled a few days ago has now transformed into a clear northerly. Do we think the blocking could lead to an easterly later in the month?

The south turns colder Monday/Tuesday with significant snow risk.

A lot of handbags in here this morning. Imagine getting worked up about something none of us can even have the slightest influence over. It’s going to get cold, possibly very cold and with a good chance of snow. Not a lot else to it really.
