  1. Don’t expect any snow here tbh, still don’t feel as cold as it did in December for example, and anything that settles will be washed away pretty quickly
  2. Oh no the December snow was much better than what’s being shown now! Tbh the snow we had in December was at the best time to get it! We also had ice days with it! Here in south Essex had -1 as a max temp during that spell obviously warmer this time around and that’s what makes it more marginal plus if it did settle it will melt very quickly with the mild air coming in behind
  3. Seeing snow is a bit pointless if it’s dark and wet, hardly worth seeing, accumulating snow is unlikely away from higher ground, in fact some models don’t even produce snow on higher ground in the south east, I think it’s going to be a case of a bit of overkill tbh
  4. Tbh I don’t think looking at the models many places in the south east will see much in the way of laying snow at all, perhaps some falling snow for a time tomorrow evening, but I think that’s about it looking at the models
  5. Really don’t see the excitement it’s not even that cold down here; sun has popped out and temp is 6 degrees don’t feel bad at all with light winds! Some cold snap! Forecast is just heavy rain for Dorset and London with some sleet
  6. Happy to say only light rain overnight so the first potential went bust! Temps still 6 degrees here, so personally it’s over for the cold snap this week!
  7. Fingers crossed as this cold snap does look brief especially in the south! Should feel tropical over the weekend in comparison lol! I’m seeing 13 degrees on Sunday for my location
