    Snowyowl9 here in SW Wales I had around 5 frosts last winter and this winter probably had 10 not the best

    Ali1977 the midlands scenario was 4-5 days out.but literally a day or 2 out they thought it was still going to give southern England a snow event

    Ali1977 but remember met office did get the last snow event wrong:)when they thought the most likely scenario was midlands then they got that wrong.then they said most likely southern england.they got that wrong and it basically missed the country entirely

    sheikhy I thought it was going to be a proper dumping of snow for me In SW wales.but it doesnt even reach here!

    I've got 2 weather stations in my garden opposite sides one is 6m and the other is 9m and the 6m still would get higher wind gusts than the 9m.ive noticed that the 9m weather station wobbles alot.does anyone know if that decreases wind speed?

    It could even deepen quicker than forecasted when it crosses the UK which would make it even more damaging

    Latest ukv!this is severe!90 mph gusts on myself and widespread 80mph gusts inland.this would cause havoc.
