    People don't let's talk about avoiding cold. There is no cold to avoid. Pattern is to blocked. Everything and always has to be perfect to deliver. We need a Northerly toppler

    18z is a mess if your a cold fan. It will collapse If correct. Unfortunately for cold fans you have to be real. Unless the every shortwave is bang on the money it want deliver .

    Ecm isn't that bad from a coldies perspective. By 240 things start to open up with regards to blocking. Lows coming out the states look slow and weak .

    All it takes is one tiny spoiler low to come in from the states and enlarge and then the pattern will collapse. The blocking looks steadfast however . Ps. Where is Nick S ?

    Models keep the attack going on the vortex . Heights still resolute from start to end of 18z. You would say IF we keep seeing this persistent pattern you would think we would be very unlucky not to see snow by years end.2
