A blip in the weather here: Cloudy, a little light rain, 15c

Hello all I have the WS - 3600 Weather Station. I've had it for about a year now and it's worked well however the rain sensor has stopped working and is stuck on around 230mm yearly rainfall, I found it quite odd a few months back to see it hammering down with rain but there was 0mm recorded. It says the max it takes is 2500mm so does these mean i have to adjust it or something? I don't want to fiddle with the sensor because i will probably break it and this station cost about £200! Any ideas Please? Cheers

Torrential squalls of large hail during the showers, No snow, but the hail is covering the grass and pavements.

Very windy with gales. Feeling cooler with clear skies. Temp 6°C Winds 55-65mph WNW

Windy with the winds gusting around 40mph. Light rain or drizzle continues and the temperature stays steady at 9 Degrees C.

Cloudy after a day of heavy rain. A squally shower passed an hour ago but starting to clear up now. Temperatures are a mild 7 Deg C currently.

6 hours of persistant heavy snowfall today, 10cm is lying on the ground and its cloudy with light flurries with the temperature rising, a little more snow is possible soon before turning to rain.

Up to 10cm+ has fallen already and its stick coming down thick and fast, alot of snow on roads and very dangerous driving conditions. Its been snowing for 3hours now.

Hail storm around 11:30 this morning sunny spells now but left covering of hailstones!

We have hail showers in South Wales with the temperature close to freezing at 2c and a covering of hail on the cars. Icy roads possible, stay safe

we had a massive lightning bolt hit very near the house at 4AM with extremely loud thunder! About 9mm of rain

Very wet start to the day with outbreaks of heavy rain. Hopefully the worst is over but it looks like more to come in the next few hours..
