Ive read on NW somewhere last year that Cape as high as 11000kj and Li of -12 has been recorded in bangladesh. Is this correct because that must have been immense if a storm formed?

I tried both the addresses that you put but it says that there are invalid characters, and it doesn't accept hyphens etc.

Me again. I cant seem to view the Nw-extra radar. Just shows a little red cross. hmmm?

Not to forget it's the 16th anniversary of January 3rd 1990 today.

Snowing in bristol, quite decent sized flakes. not settling though

Ah, it all makes sense now. Cheers paul

Paul,
on the NW extra radar it doesn't allow me the 'zoom' feature. Instead of the map coming up it says 'entire grid undefined'. Is anyone else getting this??
cheers in advance

I am amazed at how unaccurate the forum forecasts were a week ago, espescially as on wednesday it began to look much more likely that we would get snow. Well done all the forecasters who got this wrong once again.
S**T start to winter.
Lets hear your attempt at predicting next weeks weather then?!

Good work JH, even though I find it hard to grasp I'm slowly learning it. I keep re-reading this thread and picking up new bits each time

I personally couldnt give a toss about the story, we hear it every week and frankly the shock or interest in it has been lost for me.
