What a start to the tour, it was incredible to see that cell go over the canyon! I have so many lightning shots; you just couldn't get it wrong, even Paul S managed

Lightning bolts are insane, starting loads of fires around here. Never seen them so powerful!

God this cell to our south is huge nr howell, having to go to Vernon and drop south east and then west to get in front of it

Tornado watch issued for the area we're heading in to now
Storms firing in the dryline, hopefully get us a tornado or two to finish the tour off -
Well it's the last chase day for tour 3 and we have a moderate risk in western Oklahoma and South Central Kansas. Low pressure will drag the moisture back up today and we're hoping that cells can stay discrete on the dryline and interact with a front that is lifting through Oklahoma before turning in to a mcs. Hopes are high that we'll go out with a massive bang today
On a side note, it looks like it will be a bumpy landing for a few guests arriving a day eary for tour 4

I have to say I think this was probably my best chase day ever and the structure and rotation was unreal, How it never dropped in the various fields we watched it roll over I'll never know. I have plenty video, but yet again the internet is awful Tornado shots from the wife!

okay I think we're done, heading to Liberal, KS for the night, pizza, beer and lightning hopefully
