    Woah, I take it all back, we have moderate to heavy snow here in Barry. We have had snow from 3pm onwards here and up until 8ish we hadn't had any snow settling, but in the last hour we have a dusting and snow is still coming down.

    Well Barry is looking a sad story for settling snow. Not sure what the temp is outside, but it's just not coming down heavy or even moderate and the ground just looks to wet. Maybe we will get some tonight, fingers crossed.

    Nice to see the Vale of Glamorgan in that part, we still got a lot of lying snow here in Barry. Did thaw a bit over the past 2 days, but snow and ice is so thick it has hardly touched it. Fingers crossed for the next couple of days.

    This is all getting very exciting, my kids loved the snow we had. Bit trecherous out there now with the ice, but one thing you can guarantee is that my boss will still pick me up in his 4x4 if this expected weather comes off I must admit, I am becoming gripped to these forums with all the weather that's been happening, learning more and more every minute. Just like to say thanks for all the info that you lot provide.

    We had rain>sleet>snow then back to rain about an hour ago. Now we got sunshine here in barry lol. Hopefully, get some tonight.

    Well, we got a covering here in barry. About 1cm, which aint bad considering it was raining previously.

    What was the website which tells you weather information in different parts of the country? i.e dew point, temp, humidity and that.

    We have heavy snow here in Barry, can't see it settling though......ground is way to wet.

    Very dissapointing here in Barry, started snowing heavy around 9pm last night and was still snowing when I went to bed at 2.30am. There is hardly any snow around, not sure if it was just that little bit to warm or because the ground was wet before hand. Still snowing lighty at the momnt though.
