Stopped again, snowy spell ended with a sleet shower.

Just started to snow again here, heavier than earlier and settling very lightly. Gone very grey here too.

Stopped here now. But, looking like more to come later this afternoon and early evening.

Noticing a few wintry flurries showing up in our region;

A high of 7.7c yesterday mid afternoon. Was 3.7c at midnight. Low of 1.7c at 8:30am. No frost. Now, clear blue skies, dry, 3.4c, light NNE winds. Forecasts for us still showing sleet and light snow tomorrow afternoon. Arriving a bit earlier, at lunchtime than the forecasts from yesterday.

Sun is blazing here now. Lovely to see so much blue sky. 6.3c Beeb Forecast just updated here with sleet Monday afternoon and sleet and light snow overnight Monday. Was not expecting that.

What a damp week that was. Did not quite get the rain some on here had. Week went; Mon 16.8mm, Tue 11mm, Wed 2.6mm, Thur 26.8mm So 57.2 mm so far this month. Last year was a rainy year, 1108mm total; 110 + 5 + 109 + 89 + 40 + 19 + 75 + 82 + 61 + 245 + 149 + 124 Lovely dry day with plenty of sunny spells yesterday. High yesterday of 8c mid afternoon, low of 4 c at 7am. Now, dry, blue skin spells again, 5.3c, 7-9 mph N to NW winds.

A very gusty few hours this afternoon. A few hours of 25-35 mph winds. Gusts much more than the forecast speeds were showing here. Lots of 40+ gusts and a handful of late 40s, with one 51mph at 1:30 ish. Wind has died down now. Still breezy. 11 mm of early morning rain showers, been dry since midday.

13mm of showery rain today. Rain stopped, sun is out now with breaks of blue sky and breezy. Perfect for drying the washing. 13.4c, Westerly wind 12 mph with plenty of 20-25mph gusts. 64mm rain already this month. Mind December is always a pretty rainy month.

Have not been able to get on here since early yesterday. All kinds of error messages. Then this morning I had a message about a post being moved to this thread. Does seem daft starting a new thread for the last month of the year, why not wait till 2024 to start a new one. Anyway, back to weather; Lovely sunny day yesterday, just perfect for a new triple glazed window to be installed yesterday morning. Lovely sunny periods, 12.5 max midday, dry all day. Now, 10.4c, showers since 3am, 9mm so far. South Westerly w8nd just picked up in last few hours, 12 mph, a few 15-20 mph gusts.

Not quite the rain here, that others have had today. Started raining on and off here midday. Stopped now. A few of the showers were heavy. 13.8mm total

Nice to see sunshine and some blue sky today. A cold feeling morning though. Temp since last hour is now steadily rising, now 6.5c

High of 6.8c yesterday afternoon in that dull cloudy day. Felt chilly through the evening, staying around 4c. Dropped to 3c by midnight and a low of 1c by 3.30am. Now 3.1 c, with light cloud and a blue sky. Very light NE to Easterly wind

Looks like we got off with the more heavier long spells of rain that many of you got last few days. Seemed more like light showers for the most part with a few short heavier spells both days, Sunday 16mm and yesterday 12mm. 1 mm up to 2am today. Been dry since. A high of 9.8c yesterday mid afternoon, 6.5c at midnight. Now 5.2c, 5mph NW wind.

Was 6.2c at midnight, low of 5.8c at 3am. Some rain showers from 3am to 4 am, 2.5mm Wind picked up between 4am to 5am, southerly 18mph. Cloudy start, a few drizzly showers last few hours, adding another 2.5mm Now 8.3c, 6 mph South Westerly wind.

Temp has rising quickly in last half hour from just under 2c to 6c now.

Not seen it either of late from walks along Stokes Bay. Fog and mist has cleared here now. Oddly for the fog this morning, did not hear any fog horns, but did yesterday. Temp just starting to rise, just gone above zero. Sky is pure white.

Temp still hovering around -1.2 to -1.4c

0c at 10pm, -0.6c at midnight, -1c at 4am. Low of -1.4c at 7am. -1.2c now. Frosty out.

Got to 3.9c at 1:50 pm, think the sunshine helped. Cloudy now and it’s dropped to 3c Feels very cold out today, with that NNE 12 mph bitter wind.

High of 4.2c yesterday. Low of -0.4c at 8am this morning. Sun is out now, just got over 1 degree in last hour, now 1.3c. Rain total for November was 149mm, quite a heavy rain month as far as November goes, not a record though. 985mm so far for the year.
