    bbc completely backtracking now saying temps 21-23 tomorrow showers. thundery rain tonight and tomorrow morning 19 degrees at weekend

    huge amounts of lightning here from about 1 am till about 7 am peaking around 4.am. i was on top floor of hotel lights went out were still out when i left at 9.30 am. had to walk up 4 flights of stairs in this heat no lifts !

    tamara i feel the same at night. i am much better when im with people unless im outside which i will be if i go to ascot thursday. a good drink or sedative helps me if its a bad storm. and an ipod !!

    i think wednesday and thursday will be the big storm days especially thursday. mores the pity for royal ascot
