Thank you Phil:) Lots of useful information available and the UI is very easy to understand as well. Hopefully as you collect more data you'll be able to calculate the averages for Aldridge

No worries, You can sign up to Weather link for free, you don't need to own a Davis station, you'll be able to see my station on there and others

On the Web you can get this view

There's also a weather link live App which you can download

Looks like that heavier precip might be heading this way

    will it be snow?❄️

How long do your records go back Phil?

Hi Apple, set up my 1st Station when I moved to Aldridge and just uploaded to Wunderground, set up the Davis September last year, The weather link live console that I use with it is great software which records all the data.

    Yep....

Have you missed out a minus sign on your dew point figures above?

The dew point needs to be below zero for it to stick.

I can now announce its snowing heavily here now and sticking on the grass, so I am pretty certain that it has dropped below zero..

I think that the heavier stuff is now coming up from the south east..

I think my dewpoint is a little low. You are probably correct,

But I am certain it is below zero now.

    MIA

No it has stuck at 0.8C when its heavy but the slushy wet stuff,

Looking at the radar we may get a covering out of this, Good luck

Conditions are changing here too now..

Turned back to all small flakes snow (as reported at B'ham Airport).

Temp here has now dropped to 1.5C   (after 1.7C and then 2.1C earlier).

More important is that the dewpoint has now started falling to -1.2C. My wind chill has now dropped to -1.6C as well.

I think this bodes well for places further west than here for some snowfall this pm..

    MIA

Edit now larger flakes and 1.3C.

Hi MIA, your dew point seems a little low, I've have it at 0.2C here, I tend to find with light snow it needs to below 0C for the snow to stick and around 0.8C ish with heavier snow
