Intermittent light rain. From Above shows the rain moving WNW On Golden sands perfect weather to cross the channel

Me neither because NOTHING suggested the poor MetO forecast would actually happen, common sense and understanding prevailing, it meant it was stoopid to predict the warning sub M4.

Even with the sea mist making it hazy, there's folks enjoying the late afternoon sunshine: Meanwhile as expected the thunderstorms are rolling up through the west midlands, still cant figure out how the MetO thought is would be sub M4!

OK come on help me out here, what am I missing, the yellow area still suggests thunderstorms, and yet the various models look clear at the moment, any thoughts/comments/suggestions?
