I have been off work all week, whilst my hand recovers from a dog bite, the Mrs has looked after me very well and not moaned at having to use the laptop instead of the real thing! Almost totally forgot about the dog bite, I can recommend live volcanic eruption therapy
I think Vodaphone cam will get the lava first, its got to happen soon.

I am no expert either but I think the white steam down the left flank on the Hvosvelli cam is steam from Lava flow. I also think there is more than one crater active.
thanks, i thought so, been watching for ever it seems!! just have not posted, but today is the first day for ages we can see anything! i also noticed how much more water flowing from base! this is so addictive lol

wow after days of watching water, on vodaphone now real clear views, am i seeing 2 craters here, one of steam and one of ash?, im not an expert, just find it all fascinating, as we can watch it live!

Looking at the latest Meto Radar (9am), I am hopefull.
There is an area of moderate precipitation moving almost due west along the south coast, lets hope it falls as snow!
If anyone has the netweather radar, maybe they can tell me where the precip is now.
