I thought that, it also appears the movement has a slightly more northerly track than earlier.
Fingers crossed some more cells fire up
Yep beginning to look quite interesting now
cheers,
Steve.
pS I've got a huge gnat in here, looking at me like a MacDonalds take away ...grrrr

Does it look to a trained eye that cells are developing slightly ahead of that area over Brest....? ( NW radar )

I dont think its quite right to blame the forecasters, thats nature for you in all its fickleness, all the ingredients were there, a shame but there you go....

IR SAT beginning to look very interesting over Biscay, hope that cam make the SE at least.....
cheers,
Steve.

12z GFS may look naff for those across the SE tonight, but 12z ECM, NAE and UKMO develop precipitation across the SE and E Anglia overnight into early Tuesday:
This is ECM for 6am and noon on Tuesday:
UKMO for Midnight and 6am:
Quite a few storms brewing across Biscay now, and they look to head towards SE UK overnight via NW/N France:
So those across SE not out the woods yet, just the breakdown for us is somewhat delayed than further west.
cheers for that Nick.
Steve.
