  1. Basically this is my FIRST attempt at layer's in photo manipulation , it takes awhile and i still need to learn so expect crappy results for the first go. Odd thing while doing the clone stamp , i put the size up to max and clicked on the image causing a crash which messed up other stuff. Tried to reboot and it gave me a BSOD and a click sound. Anyway!
  2. Thankyou MCT! Everytime , im going to read up and learn about layer masking next.. See you in a year B) B)
  3. Depends on the competition really , some don't like hdr and tone mapping and put " No highly edited photo's , natural only ".. Most of the time though its allowed
  4. ^ That one had 3 exposures converted and tone mapped This image is just 1 exposure but tone mapped.. However i tried out the sharpening aswell... See a difference?
  5. Well all in all it took me 5hrs to do all of them , thats 3 exposures per image... Joined up... Tone mapped.. then resized and extra work done in paint shop. I'd say its between 10mins-20mins for each image ( 3 exposures ) depends on how much hdr/tone mapping needs doing then its a case of finishing up in paint shop and saving
  6. Yay replies , thanks all Ok to explain HDR here are some links to help you on your way http://www.vanilladays.com/hdr-guide http://flickr.com/photos/cleever/255026221/ http://www.backingwinds.blogspot.com/2006/...hdr-images.html http://range.wordpress.com/2006/07/15/mode...ing-relaxation/ Word of warning there is a fine line between HDR and over the top HDR , some images i've done have turned out worse than the original with over done HDR. Alot of the time you get white halo's over the objects , so ALWAYS keep an original and redo it.
  7. Took me about 5hrs today to go through all my shots and make hdr
  8. Nope in full usage , i couldn't do a shot from the other side as alot of cars started to turn up for a funeral
  9. Wind picked up while i was there , even had my tripod but that didn't help a great deal on most of my images for merging - HDR. It was also bad light , however i was pleased with the fountain Oh and on the hill it had over 1000 graves and some more was being dug ready
  10. I believe so , today it said " Constructors inside , be careful " The door was locked
  11. Thanks Icer!! I posted these shots on talkphotography and didn't get any replies
  12. If you want i can tell you how to do it? , or do you know but just haven't done it yet
