  1. Thought we let you off second half, but first half you should have at least scored a second! I did quite enjoy the late equaliser. Were you there today?
  2. Thought I'd take a look at my local BBC forecast, and it has snow for most of the day now (Starting off as sleet, interestingly!) - What teases!
  3. Sounds like we could be getting some snow here, eh Bluearmy?
  4. Well, at the moment it looks like I'll be right on the knife edge for tomorrow(and Monday?!) here in St Albans... But, I'll take it! Better to be in with a chance than none at all.
  5. I'm not sure how I feel about being that close to the wintry line!
  6. BBC London forecast just warned that the snow on Sunday could shift south, and the graphics showed it not far away... Talked of the usual 'north of the M4' snow line.
  7. It looks as if nothing snow-wise can be ruled out just yet, with the models a bit split on where this 'slider' is going to go. Further South would be great for us snow wise and would also help keep the cold air firmly in place early next week.
  8. The METO have released an initial yellow warning for snow covering much of the country, including counties north of London. Demonstrates how this snow could end up just about anywhere at the moment!
  9. Wonder if they'll hold intensity all the way up here!
  10. Just noticed the clear sky myself, first time in a few hours! Cant see any distant lightning yet however.
  11. Poked my head out the window, had thought it was calming down... Nope, big blue CC flashes across the sky.
  12. Around this way there is quite a bit of lightning in that huge cell, but a lot of it is cloud-cloud.
  13. Just had a look out the window and there was an amazingly vivid strike!
  14. More inbound it seems, heavy rain and a really gusty wind.... Distant rumbles.
  15. Reporting in from St Albans... Some distant flashes and thunder, with a few spots of rain now. Surprised by how breezy it is!
  16. I believe I just heard a distant rumble or two here in St Albans.
  17. Thursday is looking a bit nasty at the moment, although obviously still plenty of time for change. Personally would like the worst a bit away from the area as I've got quite a busy day Thursday! Although it would probably be my first 'proper' wind storm living in West Yorks... Not that I'm particularly interested in experiencing one!
  18. Looks to be a light dusting on cars now in Leeds.
  19. Dandruff falling from the sky here at the moment. No, it isn't mine either!
  20. The front due in the morning is quite a bit more towards the west than expected as it's moving through Scotland, will be interesting to see how the situation develops over the next few hours.
