Actually it is more likely that Earth is on a cooling trend and the ice will increase for at least a few years. -
And the Arctic is still extremely cold and more ice building all the time. Still well below normal temps ib Canada. I do believe it is the Sun and not a tiny amount of a harmless odourless gas that drives the warming on the Earth. http://www.canadianweather.org/imagefetch....ints_metric.png

From Windsor, Ont Canada across from beautiful Detroit we received 5 inches of snow yesterday which is very unusual for this most southern part of Canada.
