Ill top meself if it happens again!

Well its over now.. As I am only in College (Not right now, nobody turned up! :o ) I dont remember many good snow events..this one is certainly top of my list so far, closely followed by..last years I think, which just happened suddenly and everyone was stranded! I just loved it how it was here one night, heavy snow.. next day you got to see what it had done, and the next you know, theres another front on the way for the next night! Really enjoyed this one, I look forward to next winter..but I look forward to this summer even more! Shame its over, there has been dissapointments aswell, today, missed out by a matter of 8-10 miles. Yesterday was ment to be in the firing line and had about half an inch. But overall..it was fantastic!

Im in Walsall, close to you. We have nothing! Just yesterdays snow and a dusting from this morning..

Anybody think its going to come north a bit or is it just going East now Just minutes down the road people on the radio are reporting blizzard like conditions and that everything is now covered in snow again with an inch already..

That radar is upsetting...so close but no cigar!

I disagree I actually think itll get to us. Im ramping this one up! Whatever I have predicted during this cold spell I havent got wrong Itll reach us..as snow! Im going for a good 3inches South Birmingham. 2 Inches North Brum.

Any chance of 'The Exeter Fiasco of 09' affecting us Midlanders us in this way? <_< Id love it...I doubt it though.. <_< To be honest,23:30 radar update near enough officially states, we will get this snow..

Which is the annoying thing when people mention South and North Midlands

Looks like we may just have to wait..I for one am not staying up! If I have college tomorrow ill be dead as it is! Phil, you will know wont you.. Are we classed as South or North Midlands?

Not sure if im classed as a Southern County of West Midlands.. Im in Walsall, google map search it. We're a difficult one..

Lovely to hear! I only expect 2-3cm from this in the small research I have done. Would you say this is correct? We wont be seeing 15-20cm branded around tonight.

Do you think this front will get to North West Birmingham? Im not so sure myself...we had sleet earlier, not enough to cause snow to melt luckily. Also, how much snow do you think its dropping?
