Morning all, -7.4C in Perth. At Dalwhinnie at 17.50 it was -6C on the car guage. Kingussie had 8 inches of level snow yesterday at 9.00 with up to 2 foot drifts in the open. Aviemore has close to 12 inches in the village. Wish we could get some action in the lowlands. What days this week is there likelihood of snow for Scotland?

Yes Sawel I too grew up in Ulster and moved over here in May 2001 at the age of 38, partly to get more snow as the East of Scotland used to get a pasting both from Easterlies and as deep depressions moved out into the continent. No more. Belfast has had more snow these last eight winters than we have seen :lol: Now work in Kingussie so drive over Drumochter Summit five days a week - dreadful lengths to go to see some snow. :lol:
