Latest bbc forecast suggests that SE could see some v heavy rain or will just miss but bbc had the thunder icon all over it. Also chance of a storm here now after latest bbc forecast.

Anyone could see anoother storm before the end of this mini heatwave coming i think. Although i was very disapointed that we didn't have anything that good apart from watching very distant lightening and head thunder about 10 minits ago.

What storms there is no storms at the moment in the uk. If there are very weak and isolated.

It is game over for me now midlands have best chance as it expected up there miday onwards great chance for storms then.

its downgraded so i think storms are unlikely tonight until tomorow when it moves north into midlands where it may spark of storms.

Think bristol not gunna see anything as it weakens here then intensifys in west midlands i really hate getting my hopes up.

Well i feel a little more happy now as iv just seen my first distant lightening strike to my SE followed by a rumble of thunder. :lol:

im not stupid just thought we were ment to see storms this evening but not and im just worried about if it downgrades as it moves north. But this isn't the first time a thunderstorm outbreak has disapointed lots of people.
