    Looks as if the worst rain this time is actally but further west than first predicted unless the bit behind intensifys more.

    Why does everyone in the midlands seem so confident about storms tonight its all died out in SE england its just heavy/ torriential showers there now with the odd rumble ofm thunder.

    Hi well suprisingly no storms in bristol today after a complete and utter rubish forecast they got it completly wrong today with storms for SE only which doesn't surprise me. Last time i had a severe storm was may 9th 2008 where i had a powercut for several hours and constant lightening and thunder.

    Its been a more less cloudy day with a bit of rain earlyer now stopped and brightened up and quite mild to. 11.1°C

    Just had a heavy shower with blustery winds and a bit of sleet chucked in 4.7°c huge fall in temp from that shower

    Starting to notice the flakes of snow now and wind starting to pick up.

    Its not going to snow in bristol tonight it should be snowing by now i think flooding is more of a case here.

    Just seen latest bbc forecast snow now more likely in the midlands.

    Also you can't rule out how far north this low will make.

    It could be all rain or snow, it just depends on the cold air thats the one thing that will only make a difference.

    Good point it could change course. They are just mentioning about the severe weather then.

    Im not sure very slow moving. Wow iv never seen snow like this in bristol.
