    Much fresher here now with the breeze really picking up! 16.2°C

    24.2 here with a humidity of 67%! The sooner the fresher air arrives the better!

    Got down to 18.4C but its rising and back up to 19.6C, not going to be a easy night for sleeping when its still 26.4C in the bedroom!

    30.0°C maximum here, currently 28.7°C with the humidity at the lowest its been all day at 41%, feeling quite nice out in the garden this evening!

    I'd still take the UKV though wouldn't be to much of a drive east along the M4!

    I went chasing again today but in the end I probably didn't need to, the flooding on the A365 was terrible nearly didn't make it back home in time but the storm was still just about going as I got back!

    Well what a great day that was yesterday for many areas, I decided to go out chasing but I was mainly chasing the cells around Somerset which had formed on a convergence zone I initially waiting around Shepton Mallet for a while and headed towards the Glastonbury where one of the cells had continues thunder and some lightning flashes which were mainly IC strikes but towards the peak of the storm it let out 3 CGS which I unfortunately did not capture but here are a few pictures from yesterday

    Interesting skies this evening! Not expecting anything but worth keeping an eye on the radar this evening on developments over Benelux!

    That was a rather dramatic 5-10 mins of weather, torrential rain and strong winds didn't observe any thunder or lightning though.

    ISO 100, 30 sec exposure, f22, and yes I was quite lucky as I have always struggled to capture anything as good even though we have had plenty of storms since! I'm a novice when it comes to photography but always love giving it a go regardless

    Warmest its been all day currently at 16.0°C after some very heavy showers passed through the area, also feels quite muggy now.

    Yes it was taken on the 18th into the 19th July 2017 was a great night for many areas!
