    I'm at 1048.5hpa with my vantage pro2 set at 70m asl my elevation, but it could be reading a tad to high.

    Very cold start, but it has turned into a clear sunny day, pressure has continued to rise overnight and is now up 1046.3hpa, Bristol airport is at 1046hpa, minimum last night -3.9°C. Currently 4.2°C

    I see where your coming from I tend to just adjust my vantage pro 2 to my local airport as its the only reading I know in my area to generally be accurate.

    That's good then I use the vantage pro2 but i'm not sure how accurate it really is over time as I thought the traditional dial barometers were the best ones to own!

    Got down to 0.2°C has quickly risen back up to 2.9°C and still rising, wind has picked up a little along with some cloud from a decaying shower.

    As expected the showers have arrived and the temperature has dropped down to 4.7 currently. 1014.2hpa and rising.

    No question about it thunder snow looks very likely if that came off especially around the coasts! Bring it on just need to hope the GEFS supports the idea!

    What a lovely day it is here after the dull start, bit of a breeze out there still today but nothing compared to the last 2 days. 9.6°C Also worth keeping an eye on this weekend as I got a funny feeling a lot of local records could be broken for the highest pressure recorded or at least very close, I have never seen 1050hpa before!

    Not quite as windy as yesterday but still some strong gusts here, but the most noticeable thing today is how mild it is and in fact its now the warmest day of the year so far at 12.9°C beating last Tuesday's max of 12.5°C
