    What in Incredible night that was! These are my 2 best shots over Weston Super Mare as the storm passed over the Bristol Channel into SE Wales! Could be better but i'm a bit of a novice with the camera.

    Thursday night is looking just as good if not better in my opinion for the SE!

    I usually find that once I have a consistent shutter speed i want to shoot at and keep the iso the lowest possible and adjust the aperture if shots come out to bright or to dim

    It is noticeable that the east and south side of a MCS is usually the most intense and where the most lightning occurs!

    More than likely will end up further east than currently forecast as has been the case all summer so Id say your in a good spot!
