    GFS has this staying over us all day .. The band on the radar looks like it's stalling over us.

    It's really coming down here and settling on roofs, cars, grass but patchy on pavements ...

    Morning folks. I can't believe that streamer is still in the same spot, we've had snow overnight but not much and it's all been blown about into small drifts, the snow is so dry...Boy is it cold out there

    Just went out for a walk and it's frickin cold out there, that wind is lethal. we've just had a heavy shower which has left a slight dusting due to the wind, it's blowing it around everywhere with little drifts in corners and against walls.

    Finally started snowing again after an hour break. This must be from that band moving north.

    temps have actually drop back again after a slight rise and snow still coming down nicely.

    Just got back in from school run, it was blizzard like conditions for about 5 mins but it was only settling in patches. Getting darker again and heavy snow again, don't think it will settle on roads and paths until evening.

    okay, well... it's gone dark here again and looking at the radar, the band to the south is moving ne and showers from the east are moving in. and it's still snowing
