real winter for me was early 80s , cold, cold and more cold.Not a lot of snow but alot of ice days.

GFS 12z keeps it cool/cold till next monday/tuesday which yesterdays GFS 12z had it only out to Saturday/Sunday.so the block still hanging in there.i would say thats almost a week more than most would have predicted!!! the writing may be on the wall but its not dry yet. ;-)

The models This winter have been showing cold is coming, only to water it down nearer the time but to balance it out they have also been showing milder is coming only to water it down!!! Can we get just one decent cold spell this winter? I would sacrifice one mild spell for one!

I’m going to Betws-y-coed mountain biking the weekend!!! Help. Been watching the models and all the comments and it seems to me that this next cold snap/ spell has come out of nowhere or am I missing something? Cheers guys loving this roller coaster and it’s not even winter yet ?
