just over 1cm of snow here at a guess, crunchy under foot.....maybe a little more to come in the next hour.......a welcome surprise after some of the letdowns
seems like Salisbury plane will take all the heavier snow
-
flakes r not as fine as their were, starting to get bigger

Tony, you are in a good spot, looking at the radar
for me, on current ppn spread, the sweet spot is the Marlborough Downs, (between Marlborough and Wantage and then down into Devizes)
i like the sounds of that.... pretty much how i have been thinking i am in a sweet spot but did not want to say..... light dusting here now

keep coming west..... looks good for Wiltshire currently looks to be the best spot..
-
just come on and to my surprise many of us will get a dusting

No snow and no visible frost on the ground however the ground has frozen along with puddles etc so it is fairly cold.
If we were to somehow see snow it would at least settle now ground is dry and cold but I won't hold my breath.
Yep going by what Ian F said on twitter this morning... its a dry week ahead for us
W COUNTRY OUTLOOK A cold but largely dry week ahead; high pressure becoming dominant later. For us, it'll remain influential 1st half Feb...
W COUNTRY CONT'D... w rather chilly periods by day & cold/frosty nights (cloud amounts varying), but essentially much dry, settled weather.
-
just very very light and looks to be fading out on radar
-
I knew you'd be up dude - you are a hardcore cold watcher lol
Haha i went to bed at 8 and got up at 2 am light snow flurry here
-
That Lake District streamer putting some down over Bristol if we're lucky
