Yes hun. We left at 10am by time we got to Bognor snow was falling agsin was probably our best quickest drive down as no one was on the roads lol. Our minibus driver just made it back to Essex before it hit again. We had a fab weekend was all melted by the time we got back on the Monday. Butlins cancelled their skegness and minehead weekends so we were really lucky that Bognor didn't get hardly anything xx

For those worrying its too wet to settle - 15 mins ago my garage roof had wet puddles on it. Coming down lovely here canvey island right by the sea wall.

When is this storm goimg to hit south coast- Bognor region? Our minibus driver has said we to leave earlier tomorrow I saying no if anything we should leave later from here Benfleet area. He saying 11am to leave. What's our chances I feel we will have to cancel our weekend which means losing 1.3k we'e paid as butlins insurance won' cover us I've found out

Just in from work wind is howling hete near the estuary. I'e not had chance to read today's posts so can someone update me 're storm emma and it' tracks etc. Im now due to go to Bognor in 36 hours time and I been losing faith getting really miserable in fact that we may have to cancel. What' it looking like?

In the end there was no choice my Merc wouldn't even get me off the drive just wheel locked up. The little ka however sailed off lol

Decisions my Mercedes AMG sport rear wheel drive automatic with heated seats windscreen or my daughter's KA with nothing heated? gotta go work got not option ?

How dark the sky went before we had that big shower about 10am which lasted a good hour

No idea it is too dark to measure from upstairs and if I go down the dogs will want to go out which means they will ruin the perfect smooth untouched snow ?
