    God love the BBC... last night they said we could get a covering, maybe 5cm (we had nearly 20cm here in Northants) and tonight they say mostly cloudy and maybe a light snow flurry in the early hours... hmm well see

    About 6inches in Kettering area and still coming down. Most of the roads around here are blocked by jack-knifed lorries... its chaos!

    Freezing conditions could be an issue for transport in the morning (love watching all those test pilots sliding into lamp posts!) But more likely that rain/sleet will prevent that happening.. damm B) Looks like most activity has moved into the offshore region of North Eastern England/Scotland... oh well
