What direction to have that going? south or off to the west before it reaches Somerset... preasure charts look like its going to head out over wales..

Worth taking a look at the forecast here http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/10209 , give us some more uncertainty of snow quantities but does promise it.... Fairly recent update too..

Been trying to snow proper her for about half an hour now...light snow drizzle...best way to discribe it..

Think the down grade is already here after seeing BBC weather, no signs of a significant snow event, but not seen mondays forecast yet.

I think that's fair and honest and I think a line should be drawn under that and the point taken. Surely no one wants to cause offence.

Thanks Ian, so what we can all take from that is..... that its going to snow. Now that should keep everyone happy... Gonna try to bring in the words "vorticity advection" at work tomorrow....gonna wow everyone with that one..(better look it up first..:lol:)

You would only get sued if you cleared it in a malicious way...wt hell that means who know, thats why its hard to prove apparently. I suppose if you cleared all your snow onto next doors clean path and then they slipped on it you might be up for a 'No Win no fee' set up!

Interesting artical here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/8443745.stm , on how cleaning your path infront of your house is a civic duty in other countries, would be worth doing that here... Not a grumpy man, just think its a neighbourly thing to do..

BBC weather site has it (TA19) down for light snow Sun/MOn: http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/4189?area=TA19 . But then if you run the weather map animations, it shows nothing at all for Sun/Mon... so inconsistant... What is a man to believe!

-3 here at the mo, -5 in remote locations. Driven back and all melt water has frozen. But where snow has been cleared its just dry, always wonder why more people dont clear the snow more..paths drives etc..
