  1. a week ago today and after 6 weeks of intense online learning and then 4 tuesday evenings of face to face coaching i qualified as an ECB level 1 cricket coach, im begining to think waterpolo might have been a better sport to get into, looks like things are going to get wet again, lol
  2. Nothing here in sth lincs, all quiet and certainly feeling fresher, no chance of storms here over the next cpl of days.
  3. Already started raining here, much earlier than forecast, so still and warm, storm risk is still very low for here though.
  4. hi mate, what chances for here tonight? is it worth setting the camera up?
  5. so, as this current cold spell looks like comming to an end this weekend i have to say its been the best we have had for a few years, a few snowy days with laying snow, freezing cold at times, but now with the chance of some spring like warmth next week i am more than ready for it.
  6. so the cold spell comes to an end this weekend and if it proves to be the last cold spell of winter its been the best we have had for a few years, plenty of snowy periods and freezing cold, but now i am looking forward to next week when spring like conditions look set to appear..
  7. Stunned as to how much snow we had late yesterday and overnight, now looking dry for the rest of the week, but it has been brill overall.
  8. cracking last 2/3 hours of heavy snow showers, looks like it easing very soon, bbc says heavy showers all night, met has it done by midnight, i know who i am hoping is right, lol
  9. Well a pleasent surprise with the snow showers this afternoon, maybe another hour or so before things start to dry up i think.
  10. A steady thaw going on now, lets hope the snow does go soon, what we have here is much of nothing. Forecast still says heavy snow showers but the forecasts have been hopeless since yesterday.
  11. Very disappointing i have to say, sun poking out from behind the clouds, wind has dropped a touch, a dry cold day ahead.
  12. well i guess we have learn,t that the bbc and Met online forecasts are a waste of time, snow depth charts are a waste of time, they have not even been close to real time results, the only things that has been forecast correctly is the strength of the wind and windchill, its bloody freezing out there, lol, raintoday radar has us in a nice clear dry zone for a while too. lol
  13. A very light covering here this morning, nothing near what the forecasts were saying, not much in the forecast for the next cpl of days either.
  14. well time to call it, going to be a bust here, winds easing a touch, clear starry skies, temp dropped to just above 0c, raintoday radar not showing much either.
  15. still nothing here, bone dry but its so windy, perhaps that is not helping shower development down here
  16. just looking at the raintoday radar and the showers are just clearing, nothing to get excited about at all.
