    Aww well it is nice when it is unexpected... nothing worse when you are all excited, prepared and waiting for it and NOTHING... lol Still you never know, last night it stopped and started for alot of people, theywere really shocked in the morning.... most from the south west thread.

    If i won the lottery... i would buy a place somewhere like switzerland or Austria so I could spend all the winter their. I would love that. Good luck Yorkshire, hope you get the snow we had last night.... Plenty for everyone and hopefully more to come. I have some relatives in Yorshire, in Sheffield. Wish I had some in some snowy alpine resort as well. lol

    It was like that for sooo many last night, but it carried on all through the night and I think everyone was totally shocked.... Don't worry, probably happen to you too.

    Awww this makes me emotional....I fear it is a farewell..... We cannot all part just because the cold spell has gone to sleep for a while....     Happy birtday to Jay, who had snow yest er day we love his posts from Cardiff and hope that they come every day. Sort of try to sing it in the happy birthday voice..... just tweak it a little....     yes I like him too and had watched his forecasts before this cold spell, back in October I think as I always search about that time to live in hope of a cold winter.. It is melting so fast here tonight though, I can't believe it.... It was so heavy and gorgeous and thick and crunchy but it must be really warm out their as our snowman has lost his eyes and his carott nose was lying on the floor . Hope it gets colder in the night so their is some still in the morning. BUT HEY,,,,,, bring on the next spell.

    Keep thinking I should go to bed for some beauty sleep, then you all keep saying the heavier stuff is about too fall..... think i might get cold cider from the fridge and stay up while longer....... although I really could do with the beauty sleep. lol
