    Happy New Year to all. Many thanks to everyone who makes this such an enjoyable read. Several spells of light to moderate snow here so far this evening. Currently light snow and 0.8c, with the radar promising another dusting shortly

    Here in Mid Essex, still moderate/heavy snow, temperature steady at 0.5C. Let's hope the rain affecting East London doesn't come this way!!!

    Let's hope you're right. I'm about a mile away in Bicknacre, flakes are a little smaller but very steady fall at the moment. Should be good sledging tomorrow!!!
