    Also have quite strong dislike of the media, nearly destroyed my buisness, took them all the way to high court, won in end but cost me a lot ,but hey ho I am still here!!!...

    Nothing to do with todays storm and the sad loss of life ,just the point that the media seems to be over the top in reporting what ever it is , I like storms but I certainly do not want to see people get hurt .....

    Anyway window frames aside, wind has dropped considerably in last hour with odd shower rattling through , chance for the authorities clear up the mess .

    working in construction industry there's no way that frame should have failed, if I had installed it incorrectly and it failed it wood be me getting the blame not mother nature !! L

    Had some fun driving round flooded roads around lunch time , community police trying to impede my progress in the end just put my orange flashing light on then access all areas !!!.....

    Had to laff today , plastic policeman trying to stop me driving through 18 inches of seawater on road, wouldn't mind if in a car but I was driving a jcb !!!....

    I wonder if it will produce a sting jet like in 2005, that storm caused quite a bit of damage around here !..
