so those in north Scotland should see a dramatic change before morning, if its not already occurring, strong northerly winds, maybe some snow if you are lucky, or at least soft hail showers.

Hello Everyone,

As a new member to the Forum, please forgive me if I post wrongly or do something stupid, but I'm sure I'll soon get used to the forum discussion!

As for weather here, i'm not entirely sure of the weather, but I think its quite cloudy with a strong westerly breeze. Very mild too for the time of year at 12C, I think the rain is on its way also. :)

Hoping for some snow sometime, maybe tomorrow night! But nothing too much yet, its only november anyway. :)

Tommy :)

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I'm about 15 miles North of Inverness, we have had heavy rain this evening with the strong winds, but no snow. However I am just slightly above sea level, there was snow on the hills this afternoon, so I suppose if they lived in some of the higher areas of Inverness I suppose there is a chance there was some snow.

I tried checking the Inverness webcam but it has been off line for ages now.

Weather here is calm. Wind dropped considerably since last post. Temp 3.1C. Skies clear; strange as i don't stay that far away from P.Tattum.(who was having sleet/rain earlier)

If there's no snow in Inverness and surrounding areas, then what chance do the rest of us have? Hope i'm wrong though
