Let's run this thread until the end of the month. I confused people aren't posting as it used to be busy and is interesting to see what's happening everywhere.

Cloudy from the word go with some heavy downpours at around 8 this morning. Never really saw the sun and annoying rain at the moment, feels like autumn. Top temp 22c  , now 19c

It's going to be a cosy night, the heat of last week seems a million miles away

A fine start to the day with some nice cloud formations out to sea. Just had a light shower from some dark looking clouds which hasn't showed up on the latest radar? Temp 18.6c

Anyone looked at the met office rainfall - is that band of rain currently over ireland coming our way? will it be bringing storms :D - or is it not warm enough now ??

The BBC forecast Storms on Sunday in the East - does this look a possibility as the temperatures have dropped and don't look to set to pick up before then ?? :?

18C here and cloudy

Remember the spring showers in May never get any heat but they can be ferocious - I think the whle country has the chance of thundery showers then.

Yes im afraid you will get the worst of it as most of the rain band wont have arrived until tomoz and it will also have intensified. So im afraid it looks like when you wake up the rain will be with you and for a large part of the day. Sorry :( I think there maybe a small chance of some t-storms as we get back to the routine of sunshine and showers at the weekend :D
