Old Weathercards

Hi

I hope someone can help me where to look for how the wheather was in the atlantic 1917. (close to coast of the southern part of Portugal) I'm looking for the weather between the 30. october and the 15. november 1917.

Are there some places on the net with old weathercards? or do I have to look in old newspapers?
