I wish they'd put prozac in the water

Isn't Prozacs chemical name Fluorioxine or something similar? I think (if memory serves, which it rarely does) that one facet of that molecule 'imitates' seratonin and so , in cases of depression (chronic) where seratonin production of the body habitulises to a low level, the Flouroxin 'kids' the body into thinking it's seratonin levels are higher than they actually are (and happy bunnies up there own serotonin output leading to the a reduction in the need for anti-depressants?).

If all this is so then I wonder how close the Fluorine molecule is (when it's molecular structure is viewed) to the seratonin molecules facets (those shapes that trigger the correct Neuron firing) and whether 'mind control' (aggression control) is the looked for side effect?
