A cloudy, damp start cleared into a fine day with sunny spells by late morning. Showers have been around all afternoon, with some great looking clouds, and we've had one soft hail/sleet shower here.

Quite a gusty NW breeze at times, but it's a mostly light wind.

Max a much cooler 7c, temp now 6c with the sun behind the largest cloud around.
