Light sleet and snow hear at the moment, was snowing heavier in the early hours. None of it has settled. Turning more and more to light rain as i write, very good though considering THE BBC SAID WE WOULD HAVE A FROST THIS MORNING AND IT WOULD BE A BRIGHT DAY! :D they havn't got a CLUE,

Matt

It keeps going between heavy snow, and light snow, and its setling  the local BBC forcast said that there might be a light flurry over the peak district.

It snowed here in Northwich, I am not kidding! Couldn't believe it, at least a full 10 minutes (which is useless I know but still good for us!) Oh I hope we get more! I was in Tesco at the time and I looked out of the coffee shop window and there it was!

So, at last, MSL has seen some snow :-)

Frequent light snow showers here in Midlands, Nottinghamshire. Stopped breifly although our last shower finished 5 mins ago, and there are now dark grey clouds overhead once more. Temp is currently -0.4.

Radar is currently picking nothing up within 100miles from me, what is going on as these aren't rogue showers, some are actually getting quite beefy. :D

What type of precipitation is this going to be once the band from Ireland hits England? As snow is already falling once again, surely it will be snow this evening to...? :D:D

Last night ( Monday ) into Tuesday

I was on my way to cheltenham to go clubbing and it came down with PROPER snow for about 1 hr. VERY heavy aswell. then it just stopped as quick as it started. None settled, Or did for a very short time.

Now im just hoping the next wave of rain will be snow when it passes by.

:D
