Day 30 started in Witchita (Kansas) and ended at Wichita Falls (Tx), we had a chase target of South and West of Oklahoma City but on the way a Cell fired just west of Elk City, so we went to intercept and saw a beautiful LP Supercell, we were in a good position so we let the Storm roll towards us.

Our attention was drawn to a Huge Supercell down near Altus so we went South to Intercept, this was a HP Bomb that was dumping 2" Hail and huge amounts of rain, it became apparant that no Tornadoes were possible today and that structure would be the eye candy of the day, so we went South East down Highway 287 and then looked behind us, the view was amazing

It became apparant that the structure would get better and better, so we ventured a little further South East, at this point I tried a Pano, not great but it shows you what we were looking at

Time and light was running out so now for the Lightning shots and eye candy for the structure and Lightning

A great days chase and it is funny when a Slight risk gives you an amazing Spectacle

Ha, i thought the same, must have been those few days of being in the sun must have

triggered some technical knowledge.. :D .. Great photos from both of you, especially that

LP supercell, shortly after you left Clinton for Snyder that LP cell just died to a mere bit of rain..

Shame the cells closer to you yesterday didnt keep some tornadic characteristics that was showing

earlier you were in the ideal location , flat as the proverbial pancake..!!!.
