That's something you dont usually expect in Rome, in fact that should be happening in the UK! That looks bad, how much rain was there before these floods.

The climate does seem to be becoming very unstable around the world recently.

Wow, my Son was there last weekend. He didn't mention bad weather though.

In Siena where he is studying, they have had terrific storms, and power cuts lasting 5hrs yesterday.
